Account & Data Deletion
At Kelzo, you have full control over your account and the data associated with it. This page explains how to request deletion of your Kelzo account and what happens when you do.
To delete your Kelzo account, send an email to mail@kelzo.ai from the email address registered with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

Include your registered name and the email address or phone number linked to your Kelzo account
We verify each request to make sure it comes from the account owner before processing.
Once your request is verified, we permanently delete:
✕ Your account and login credentials
✕ Your profile and contact information
✕ Uploaded answer sheets and associated images
✕ Grading results, scores, and generated study plans
✕ Usage activity linked to your account
Verified deletion requests are completed within 48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been removed.

We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — such as transaction and billing records needed for tax and accounting compliance. Any retained data is kept only as long as legally required and is not used for any other purpose.
